The People Agency is committed to handling personal information with care and to providing access to information in accordance with South African law.
POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 governs how personal information is processed in South Africa. Our public website currently collects personal information only where you choose to send an enquiry. Further detail is set out in our Privacy notice.
PAIA
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 provides a right of access to records held by public and private bodies, subject to the grounds of refusal in the Act. Requests relating to The People Agency may be directed to info@peoplesagency.org, marked for the Information Officer.
Information Officer
Until a named Information Officer is published here, correspondence for that function should be sent to info@peoplesagency.org. We will not invent a public officer listing before it is formally designated.
